Cat Supports Our Troops
Jumping Through Hoops for Our Troops

Cat's Courage Under Fire!  (click here to see video)

Courage under fire.   A doggie trait, right?  But what about a cat?  Can a cat actually inspire our troops?  Maybe so.  Kit Casanova—a 2 year old cat certainly sure tries as he flies through a hoop suspended from the ceiling while wearing a camouflage -trimmed shirt and bandana--and a very confident look.  Or click here for an exciting blog on the subject:

I recently trained my cat, Kit Casanova, to jump through a hoop suspended 8 feet off the floor, while wearing a cami-trimmed T shirt (enscribed with JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS FOR OUR TROOPS), a matching bandana, and a confident look! His jump trajectory from launch to landing is over 9 feet. Quite a spectacular feat! Nonetheless, he'll do it every time he's asked. Why?  Bribery of course! Would he do it just to inspire the troops? Of course! Kit and I both feel that our troops give so much to us we'll do whatever we can to give back. Free postcards for our troops!

I have just finished making postcards with these images and the two that follow. I stamped the postcards  so they can be sent anywhere in the world through APO--and have already sent the first batch to Iraq!  The idea is to uplift our troops' morale, make them smile, and give them something that will make it easy to stay in contact with relatives and friends! If anyone wants to help, send me an email at trisha@pottytalkbytoast.com. Or, if you need free postcards for family or friends in Iraq, email me at the same address. Here are two more images.  Please note the right rudder on the tail!
